How to Trade the Matrix

A 100 million float stock with 50% IO acts different than a 10 million float stock that has no institutional ownership. What some PGY I know is, for example, is lower flow previous multi-day runners like that aren't likely to go back to up to where they came from. And in my mind, it's just like, okay, um, you know, some institution somewhere has an algo that says, and when it comes back to this moving average or whatever they're using, just sell on the big blow off moves and re soaking. It's not hard to find what the IO is of stocks.
