Every hot dog I ate is not in the book. There's so many things that I could have talked about that I either decided not to or we cut late in the editing process. But yeah, I mean, physically it was a little punishing. It's like you can find a way into talking about almost any element of American culture for better or for worse by taking the hot dog as a starting point.
