How Much Time Do You Need to Dedicate to Resistance Training?

Naomi wants to try and shift a little bit of that belly fat how much time does she need to dedicate to an exercise regime. We say three when you feel more comfortable preferably four resistance training sessions a week and then two to three true high intensity sessions so one of my favorite workouts is a buy-in where we look at 10 deadlifts at 75 percent and then immediately getting on an erg either a cycling erg or a running erg and sprinting as hard as you can for the remainder of a minute.
