California is actually a really difficult place to analyze eviction data, because we have a lot of laws that protect and mask the identities of people that are evicted. Soyye: If we go back in time to lik why antioch became this hot bed for sheriff lockouts, we kind of have to go to the housing crisis,. And so lots of those homes were bought by investors, not new owner occupants. We saw this shift, you know, from being a really home owning community to being a renter community.
