The Shanghai Maglev train is the fastest passenger train in the world. It uses electricity and magnetic power to move along at high speeds. The other main kind of high-speed train is not as fast as the maglev train, but it is more common. These trains use the same tracks that traditional trains use, but they are designed to go much faster.
