Is There a Difference Between a Strength Focused Program and a Rank Beginner?

Rant: For somebody who's not ready to specialize, so like a ranked novice to training, there are no beginner powerlifters in my estimation. The idea is like develop these broad base of physical development, training tolerance, motor pattern, skills and then you can apply that specifically. And I feel like it's getting people up for this long term success with varied exercises, varied rep ranges, varied proximity to failure, conditioning base, auto regulation,. All that sort of stuff and just enjoying it. Rant: Let's talk about what types of training drives hypertrophy improvements over the next few months.
