The Importance of History in China
There's no way to save retirement in china other than through real estate. People invest they buy apartment buildings as investments and just leave em empty. Theyre also have a lot of, as we contemplate, interastructure. And that's going to show up for them too. Not only are we seeing the the result of the one child policy. But now that they're allowed to have kids, they're choosing not to have kids. So that that's doubling down on that prom.
