How to Be a Better Coach
I'm the most naturally curious person ever. My coaching work is based on question asking like most coaches more of a coach than a consultant by all means. And I feel like all of us have the answers to our most pressing questions but we just haven't been asked the right question. Jenny as you know as a coach when you're facilitating groups when you see people men and women have those moments those aha's that they came up came up with on their own. Oh so selfishly it's so rewarding it's easy to tell someone what to do but boy when you can get them there on their own I absolutely love it.
