How to Create a Diverse Plural Network in a Civil War
The Syrian society, those Syrians is a country that had a population of over 20 million people before the onset of the war in 2011. They do not necessarily know each other, but they know about each other. So there is some sort of a common heritage because a social heritage also in the country. We wanted to make sure that wherever comes to the table represents either him or herself, a community, a family, a tribe, but by no means a political organization or let alone a government.
