But if they had half the amount of sodium protein, they'd have five liters in a day. Joel: He doesn't do it as well here because in those papers, he gives very concrete examples of someone with heart failure who has a negative osmotic free water clearance but a positive electrolyte or vice versa. And that's not as well done here.
