Joel: I think he's talking about the paragraph we just talked about about diet. So what he's saying is that if people ate this amount of sodium and protein, they would have 10 liters of urine,. But if they had half the amount of sodium protein, they'd have five liters in a day. Joel: He doesn't do it as well here because in those papers, he gives very concrete examples of someone with heart failure who has a negative osmotic free water clearance but a positive electrolyte or vice versa. And that's not as well done here.
