We bought the lot for $27,000. I assume you had some some closing costs and some holding costs. And then let's just call it 30 just for round numbers. And then you had $120,000 on top of that 30. So is it roughly 150? Was the total total investment or is it? Yeah. Within a thousand, we were right at 150 per total investment. Got it. All right. Well, let's look at the practical side of you moving in here. Like, are you living in one of your flips before you move into the construction property? Or are you living somewhere else? How did the actual moving of your family work? Yes.
