Eco Albania and the Cort Case in May
Environmental groups are beginning to play a role and have an importance in Albania. A company initially got a contract to build a very big dam at a place called calivach. There's been a cort case in may, and it appears this major dam on the river itself has been stopped. But there are still threats for smaller hydro electric plants along the tributaries.
