i take magnesium and the apachanin every night, and i m occasionally taking gaba and glycene. The gaba glycene added in tends to create really deep, really long sleep. If you're not interested in the supplement route, drink a cup of camomal tea before sleep. I do not recommend melatonin for the following reason: It's a hormon that has other functions besides helping you fall asleep.
