Main gaining I don't think it's a viable option. It's got to drive you more insane than anything else but I guess if you want to go down that route that's that's fine too. If we're trying to maintain body weight at a steady calorie level or five we five or six up two to three week down it sounds like it doesn't really matter too much for the outcome so he or she answered his/her own question by saying they would be there for an "emergency pool party" as long as people were having fun.
