The Relationship Between Ilhamite and Ravidian Languages
The earliest proto-Dravidian suggests not harrapin-like cities, but more like herding situations. The idea that Ilhamite and Ravidian are linked has now been revived in the light of new findings. It is possible that it is pastoralists who brought Dravidian languages of Harappa down to South India first.
