Three Competencies That We Think Are Stable
Knowing how to learn is really the most robust source of human adaptability, agility to adapt, and resilience. It's that business doesn't learn if your society doesn't let a political party don't learn - it'll become obsolete. The second one is self-agency; interactively using diverse resources at any point in time. And are you able to harness these multiple resources around you to have a positive impact on your own life? This is named in different ways at the micro level of competencies like drive, motivation, endurance, grit, responsibility, and so on and so forth.
