The Importance of Watching Anime

The only exposure to like the Pokemon show that I had growing up was I had these two DVDs of pokemon and then on it There's like pretty much one episode each But I never realized that I was just watching like two episodes of anime over and over in my childhood Like that is actually mind-blowing. At the time I kind of viewed it as like just an american cartoon because it was shown on cartoon network Similar to what you were saying amber, but then later it was like the realization happened like oh these are actually Animes so I wonder if that also factored into some of anime's popularity Or maybe people were like 10 15 years later.
