I would agree with Nick. The labor force right now has been tough to and to backtrack one second. New York City shortages of labor on site is definitely indicative of why at times schedules are being pushed or having to deal with constant battles with subcontractors. Plan what your needs are, what are your company's habits, where you're trying to grow.
