What Are the Assumptions That I Hold?
i think if we could reflect on anything aslike, what are the assumptions that i hold right now? Like, what am i believing to be true? I'm always so struckt how articulate we are about other people's assumptions. Oh, they work as if they could solve problems. They worked as if they were in charge, but didn't always need to be in charge. Their job was like an expression of their inner joy. And yit's funny, when i was study the behavior of the best leaders and looking at these multipire and diminished leaders,. Part of my research was asking people to describe, but what did the leader do? And then how did the leader think?
