How Did You Choose the Teams That You Wanted to Work For?

When you come in as an intern, I think you don't have a lot of choice about where you end up. But then when you go from that to full-time, I'm curious what the process looked like for you or figuring out where you're going to be. It's super important to have a culture where you basically can talk about technical decisions in a way where you can propose new ideas and disagree with people. That's a positive experience rather than one that feels like negative and combative.
