How Do You Structure Your Churches?

Bothen: My job's very clectic. It includes everything from allf our creative im so content to curriculum development for rutherby children up through adults. I don't necessarily think that our model or approach to howe structure things makes sense for other churches, because the joy s shaped around the people and the unique attributes of the journey.
