How Do You Consume Twitter?

How do you consume twitter now that you have this huge account for publishing? Do you use the ten k diver account to also consume twitter, or do you have a different method of consuming. I follow a bunch of people from time to time. Come across somethings that are, that seem interesting. If i come across something, but i don't have time to review it, i put it into my book marks and then i never read those book marksye.
