Can We Use Data That Are Two Years Old?

There is a problem of data limitation, theses that we don't have the data. Sometimes there are the data, but for privacy reasons or whatever, it's hard to access official data in real time. Policy makers ended up using commercial data from gogol as they could not access official data produced by their own countries. Is this insurmountable legal problem? Though we care about privacy very much in europe, i don't think it's an montable. Alegalisto, i think there are ways to anonymise data. We need political willingess to do and resources so that dactall ugo can get his job done.
