Is There a Parimeterized Sequal Table?

A, Gregory wants to know if this is the first time that there are parimeters for a sequal table. Has this syntax been seen before? Ah, i'm sure that it exists. Think that there are probably lots of people who've built internal versions of this with some sort of, like, ungodly mess of of stored procedures and things like that. That's not, i haven't seen it in something so foundational as matrics get defined in every tool.
