I'll Probably Never Be as Fast in Spanish as in English, Right?

Eric norman talks about the differences between English and spanish. He says that he will probably never be as fast in sp Spanish as he is in english. But, if he gets better at it, maybe there's things in spSpanish that i can say much faster than in  hysteria.
