Introduction
Tuesday is Election Day in Ohio, and it's a bit of a convoluted election day at that. Ohioans are voting on whether to increase the threshold to pass constitutional amendments from a simple majority to a 60% super majority. The initiative would also expand the signature requirements for getting an amendment on the ballot in the first place. Also today, we're going to dig into the New York Times' first polling of the 2024 primary and general election.
