How to Keep Your Bank Account Balance in Balance in 20 20

For two years, three years, our bank account balance has stayed roughly the same. If it does dip, it just tends to kind of climb back and then hits this peak. In 20 20, we had net flows out that that never recovered,. ever, ever, ever. What happened? We just got loose. The budget was not given us clarity. It was already a confusing year, but i lack financial clarity for 20 20. I cannot tell you why exactly we ended up with a for the year, a big net, combined net outflow. Just can't figure it out.
