How to Overcome Speaking English as a Foreign Language
I would not recommend someone who is speaking English as a foreign language to just go into a meeting and expect to improvise everything. There's always going to be improvisation, right? But there are a lot of things that you can do to keep your improvisation stuff down to maybe just a question and answer. And so when I work with my clients, we usually walk through a three step process of collect, use, get feedback, and then repeat. We practice using it through things like writing, which is a great way to practice creating a language.
