The CSTO or the Collectors Security Treaty Organization is often touted as a Russia's version of NATO. The organization becoming increasingly seen as just an extension of Moscow's foreign policy. Can these nations still count on Moscow for their defense? And if no, and Moscow is no longer around to defend them, does that rip open a power vacuum for either China, the United States, the EU or Turkey to fill?
