i think he thinks like if his view is look when you are dealing with a major calamity in your life you should be less inclined to trust and let's be more inclined to do your own research. i'm sure the parents whose babies died did put effort into it right they maybe didn't put as much effort as those other parents because it's a hard judgment call. I guess i don't see how reading this book would tell one of those parents how much effort to put in oh he's making a judgment that i roughly agree with him. When he brings up a suggestion for something that goes against the authorities advice people at that moment bring up this authority deference issue well that makes sense
