Is Climate Change Making It Harder to Adapt?
Have we already reached some limits to our ability to adapt to climate change? Ye. I mean that the science is clear. And while adaptation, or limits to adaptation, are scary, it doesn't seem controversial. But in terms of the er ya tipping points, its also a question sometimes of er what are the desired adaptation goals? So here, i think the the discussion, an scientific discussion, can provide material, but the final decision sometimes is with people or governments.
