i would love to do another village somewhere that's like a hundred, 50 homes, 200 homes. It could very well kind of pay for itself just doing that. i cold easily imagine am as a community, like buying a house or something and we just use it like twice a to do like meet ups. Plus maybe i have hire an operator, like air beam beat or something in the meantime. I want to think more creatively down this path.
