House Prices Going Down Are Not All Good News
If you look at our floor space compared to other countries, we have tiny houses and we pay so much for them. It's kind of crazy. You walk through our neighbourhood when I'm walking my dog, you see these tiny little cottages semi-detached 800,000. And there's literally like two Mercedes in the driveway. The bad way out of it is people just have to pay a lot more for their debt servicing costs because mortgages are higher. We should remember that house prices going down is not all good news, right?
