Conservative justice bret cavanagh seemed to be indicating that he believes the states ought to be in charge of this, and not a federal, nation wide abortion band. We don't expect a decision to be handed down by the court until the summer, june, maybe july. Of course, that'll be just a few months before next year's midterm elections. Both republicans and democrats are going to utilize the decision to motivate their troops to the poles in november.
