Debt in Investment Policy Statement
Debt is aside from credit card debt and high interest rate debt, it's just a personal matter. You have a good chance of winning the leverage game if you have low interest rate debt and you invest the difference in the higher yoting equity markets. If you don't want to even take that risk, then this reminds me of what markets was talking about, about missing out on opportunities. There are always going to be opportunities that you have missed out on, period. It's not only investing. It is life.
