Saints thomas and aquinus are more than aristotler, even the church fathers in scripture for that particular topic. Thomas borrows from seneca when discussing gratitude and then the vice of ingratitude. Aquinian says we should not go round as punishers of the ungrateful or those with ingratitude but try to heal them by giving them multiple doses of good deeds. And sometimes the stoics are betrayed. Is saying that you should never be angry at all.
