If you haven't known for the longest time your strengths, try to find some of those strengths. There's a free test that you can go through online. You can probably start categorizing what are some of your strengths and start to build from there because the impact is so massive. So when a company wants to spend time thinking about the strengths of its team members, there is a necessary investment made from leaders into managers. This is where performance management systems come into place. We're learning a new approach, one that we can, as I shared, if we did participate in extracurricular activities that had this approach, but we're going to learn new behaviors, new habits.
