The Coming of Age of Open Source Intelligence

The CIA's greatest weakness today is the vast scale of what open source and the collection is. It becomes a usability issue to our analysts and operators, more fighters because there is just so much of it that we can deliver from open source center or intelligence community. We're on the cusp of a revolution of what technology is going to do to us to make this vast amount of open source information usable. That's our future.
