Empowering Change: Students Explore and Advocate

This chapter explores an educational initiative that empowers Central Falls High School students through an Extended Learning Opportunity program. Students participate in field trips, engage with local changemakers, and culminate their efforts with a trip to Washington, D.C., where they learn about advocacy and the processes of national change. They reflect on their experiences, challenges, and the important role their generation plays in addressing social issues.
