How a Pastor Should Be Involved in the Sunday School Program in a Church
If you're having a problem with somebody, you probably shouldn't wait until that year end of the year review. I think we first have to acknowledge that there's a bunch of churches now that don't even have a Sunday school. A lot of guys are inheriting a Sunday school program that has existed in a church for a long time. It's unsustainable long-term if a pastor is the one teaching Sunday school and preaching every week.
