Is There a New Leap in Transparency in the Family Courts?
You were able to see a little bit of the workings of the family courts, and that's extremely unusual. Normally the family courts are a completely closed box. You don't attend unless you are actually involved in the case. What's been the effect, do you think, of that incredible secrecy around those courts? Because you can understand why it happens. Obviously it's very important that these things be confidential. But what effect does it have when no one sees the way these systems work?
