The Residual Risks of Grid Connections
What are the residual risks that are left for the project particularly in terms of delay or performance shortfall and that it has access to adequate liquidity? We're not seeing any great signs that it's getting really a lot easier to get good connections quickly. The choice of where the projects are built is the sponsors not the contractors, so if that changes then sponsors will have to bring additional liquidity into the structure.
