Tax re seats are going to start dropping year over year, along side asset prices. But entitlement payments are not going to drop. In fact, it's going to go up, because interest rates are going up. Who's the buyer with the dollar going up? Foreigners or sellers on net? Uh? And certainly not buying anywhere.
