Pound for Pound by Stephen King

I've always wanted to be a writer since I was six years old when my mom got up, got irritated with me for pointing out plotholes and three little pigs. My aunt read her novels and I love her. Love her movies as a kid. And so she gave me a copy of a book that she had just finished. It's probably the scariest book, Pound for Pound, that I've ever read. To this day is probably still my favorite horror novel.
