The Lack of Political Diversity in Academic Departments
I was thinking when you were talking about that movie marriage story, which got quite a lot of attention, I think. Partly because it was Scarlett Johansson and Oscar Isaac anyway. And I think one of the things that got so much attention is this kind of incredibly intimate depiction of the end of a relationship in which neither of them done anything back. It's not a difficult way to have an affair or she's done this or whatever. But actually it's one of the reasons why a lot of conservatives didn't really like it. Because I think because it sort of just said, look, sometimes marriages do just, no one's fault. Kind of end.
