Caroline: In a survey, there are a pretty significant percentage of respondents who didn't know whether or not their company had recharge arrangements in place. And so I think that is a good point to bring up that it's important to make sure you're kept in the loop on that sort of thing. Barb: Yeah, that question, that response scared me from the survey. But yeah, when I looked at spoken to groups chapter meetings, I said, guys, we need to collaborate. We need to be talking to all the other functions that touch stock in the company.
