Marshall: A lot of people, yeah, when they imagine that job, all they're focused on is that creative aspect. They probably don't imagine the part about communicating with the team and having to present their ideas to their boss. Yeah. Vance told us last night, we did our last of the concept art bootcamp last night. He said that he was surprised at one pitch that Bob Iger was there. So you have to deal with those inner workings, your nervousness and your emotions.
