What Is Meant by Physicalism?

David Armstrong says there exists nothing but the entities recognized by physics. The philosopher's not burdened with specifying what counts as physical, he shoves all that off on the physicist. He's tied his account of what's there in reality to our understanding,. or somebody's understanding, at least the physicists' understanding of things.
