A book and a beverage as goes a long way for me, especially a first, first thing in the morning. Remembering your dreams is one of the most important things you can do to save time. It's not just what you're doing, it's also what you're not doing that will take more time. For anything worth having, it's going to take some effort or energy or time. And so my biggest recommendation would be to involve them in it. May i make it fun here? You know if it's possible to go to bed a little bit earlier, wake up a little early with your loved ones,. negotiate technology into your mind and then use it well.
