Developing Concentration in Two Ways
If you go into body space or sight, sound space, come back to mind space. Try to have some awareness in both components, the talk space and the imid space. If that's difficult to hold, just do your best evenly covering awareness of your mind space. That's your concentration piece. Having no preference between activity and rest is a form of equanimity. having no preference between positive versus negative content is a formof equanimityhaving no preference between sense and nonsense is a form Of Equanimity.
